【摘要】静脉化疗是目前治疗癌症的四大手段之一,因化疗在治疗疾病的同时,由于药物在杀灭肿瘤细胞时,也杀灭了大量正常的血细胞和其他组织细胞,其毒性不仅对患者会产生很多不良反应,还由于化疗疗程长,药物对血管的刺激性强,容易损伤血管而引起药物外渗,轻者出现局部红、肿、痛,重者出现皮肤溃烂、组织坏死及深部结构的损害,严重者需外科清创、植皮[2],据资料估计,化疗渗漏率为0.1%~6.0%,实际的发生率可能更高。

    【Abstract】The vein chemotherapy at present treat cancer’s one of four big methods, because the chemotherapy while treats disease’s, because medicine when eliminates the tumour cell, also has eliminated the massive normal blood corpuscles and other tissue cell, its toxicity not only will have the untoward effect to the patient, but because also the chemotherapy treatment course will be long, the medicine to blood vessel’s irritant, easy to damage the blood vessel to cause the medicine exosmosis, light appears partial red, swells, the pain, heavy presents the skin fester, organization necrosis and the depth portion structure harm, serious needs the surgical department to create, skin grafting [2], estimated according to the material, the chemotherapy percolation rate will be0.1%~6.0%, the actual formation rate is possibly higher. ......
