【摘要】急诊科是医疗护理抢救工作最繁重的科室,也是医院医疗护理工作的最前线和窗口,急诊病人具有情绪急躁性、突发性、危急性、复杂性、数量不定性等特点。随着社会的进步和患者的需求,人文文化在医疗护理中得到了充分的体现,优质、便捷、周到、温馨的人性化服务,对患者的康复起到了极大的促进作用。
