面临问题,人才激励,绩效考核
     【摘要】医院人力资源管理面临的问题有认识方面、管理职能方面、人才使用方面、 岗位适应方面、绩效考核方面等。因此必须转变管理职能,建立人才激励机制、绩效考核机制、规范用人机制。人力资源是医院发展的“第一资源”,只有在人力资源开发与管理上,引入新的理念、新的管理模式,搞活用人制度,才能真正提高医院的核心竞争力,以实现医院最终发展目标。

    【Abstract】Hospital human resources management faces the question has the understanding aspect, the management function aspect, the talented person to use the aspect, the post to adapt the aspect, the achievements inspection aspect and so on. Must therefore transform the management function, establishes the talented person incentive mechanism, the achievements inspection mechanism, the standard personnel mechanism.
