【摘要】医院人力资源管理面临的问题有认识方面、管理职能方面、人才使用方面、 岗位适应方面、绩效考核方面等。因此必须转变管理职能,建立人才激励机制、绩效考核机制、规范用人机制。人力资源是医院发展的“第一资源”,只有在人力资源开发与管理上,引入新的理念、新的管理模式,搞活用人制度,才能真正提高医院的核心竞争力,以实现医院最终发展目标。
