【摘要】门诊是医院的窗口。面对有着不同病情、年龄、不同知识水平、家庭背景、心理状况和不同期望值的病人,门诊护士必须具备较高的职业素质才能较圆满地完成任务。这些特殊职业的素质要求包括良好的道德素质、心理素质和协调能力,良好的护理技术和较高的理论水平,同时还需要良好的亲和力和应变能力。

    【Abstract】The outpatient service is the hospital window. Facing has the different condition, the age, the different state-of-art, the family background, the psychological condition and the different expected value patient, outpatient service nurse must have the high professional quality to be able to complete the task completely. These special occupation’s quality request including the good moral quality, the psychological quality and the coordinated ability, the good nursing technology and the high theoretical level, meanwhile needs the good affinity and strain capacity.
