【摘要】目的:探讨自制护腕在老年患者静脉留置针输液中的保护作用。方法:对78例行静脉留置针穿刺的老年住院患者采取自身对照法在输液肢体上用不同方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用封管后护腕保护穿刺部位,对照组封管后不用护腕,比较两组套管脱出发生率。结果:观察组套管脱出率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制护腕可有效降低老年患者静脉留置针输液中套管意外脱出发生率。
