【摘要】面神经麻痹(facial nerve paralysis,PNE)是指急性起病,非对称性面神经受累导致病变面肌完全或不完全麻痹和闭目不严,国内流行病学调查显示患病率为49.77/10万(陈国军,1992)。是临床上的常见病。
