【摘要】传统的血细胞检查完全采用手工方法,不仅操作繁琐费时,而且由于多种原因,计算结果的准确性和精密度难以确证。1958年,库尔特采用电阻率变化与电子技术相结合的方法,发明了性能比较稳定的电阻抗法血细胞计数仪,开创了血细胞分析的新纪元。
