【摘要】目的:探讨小腿近端骨折术后皮肤缺损的有效治疗方法。方法:对小腿近端骨折术后皮肤缺损应用膝内侧筋膜皮瓣修复临床应用14例,切取皮瓣面积最大14cm×8cm。 结果:术后皮瓣成活,内植物未发生感染和松动,疗效满意。结论:膝内侧筋膜皮瓣血运循环良好,成活率高,不牺牲主要血管,是修复小腿近端骨折术后皮肤缺损理想皮瓣。
