【摘要】目的:通过高血压规范化管理开展全面健康教育干预,使高血压患者自觉改变不良生活方式,提高治疗依从性和自我保健能力,从而有效控制高血压,降低心脑血管等并发症发生。方法:对223例病人由专门医师在治疗的基础上进行健康教育。结果:对高血压知识掌握程度明显上升,表明健康教育有利于提高病人对高血压认识水平,增加了自我保护能力,从而能够达到和正常人一样的寿命和生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective:PurposeThrough hypertension standardization management, develops the comprehensive health education intervention, causes the patients with elevated blood pressure on own initiative to change the bad life style, improve treatment adherence and self-care ability, thus effectively control of hypertension, reduce cardiovascular complications, etc. Methods:Carries on the health education especially to 223 example patients by a specialist doctor in the treatment foundation.
