【摘要】目的:总结艾滋病毒感染孕妇剖宫产术后护理要点。方法: 2006年1月～2009年12月在我科剖宫产分娩的22例妊娠合并艾滋病毒感染孕妇,采取有效防护措施并进行心理护理及专科护理。 结果:22例艾滋病毒感染孕妇经过精心护理及合理治疗后恢复良好,如期出院。结论对艾滋病毒感染孕妇住院分娩时既要关注到孕妇分娩期的生理、心理变化及母婴安全, 又要做好对HIV的防护工作,护理的关健在于采取严密的预防措施,防止艾滋病的传播,实施有针对性心理护理及专科护理,减少并发症,降低孕产妇的死亡率、提高围产儿存活率。

    【Abstract】Objective: After summary HIV infects the pregnant woman c-section technique, nurses the main point. Methods: in January, 2006 ~2009 year in December infects the pregnant woman in my branch c-section childbirth’s 22 example pregnancy merge HIV, takes the effective protective measure and carries on psychological nursing and the faculty nurses. Results: after 22 example HIV infect the pregnant woman to undergo careful nursing and the reasonable treatment, restores good, leaves the hospital as scheduled. The conclusion infects to HIV the pregnant woman is hospitalized when the childbirth, both needs to pay attention to the pregnant woman childbirth time physiology, the psychological change and the maternal infant safety, and must complete to the HIV protection work, the nursing pass is in good health in taking the strict preventive measure, prevents AIDS’s dissemination, implements target-oriented psychological nursing and the faculty nurses, reduces the complication, cuts pregnant woman’s mortality rate, the enhancement to encircle the product survival percentage. ......
