【摘要】急性上呼吸道感染简称上感,是小儿最常见的疾病。主要指鼻、鼻咽、咽部的急性感染,该病一年四季均可发生。上感90%以上由病毒引起,如呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV),流感病毒、副流感病毒、腺病毒、鼻病毒、柯萨奇病毒。
