【摘要】慢性肝炎多因病毒性肝炎误治、失治或反复发作,逐渐演变而成。以病程长,症状迁延,肝功能不同程度受损为其特点,部分病人后期亦可出现肝硬化、腹水等症状。论治肝病需顺其体用之性,重视安正去邪,尤其对慢肝更要注意柔养肝阴。
