【摘要】目的:探讨输卵管妊娠破裂失血性休克病人的麻醉管理及抢救救治措施。方法:对22例此类患者患者进行麻醉和处理总结,进入手术室后快速建立多条静脉通路其中包括深静脉置管、快速扩容,维持最低有效灌注压,尽量减少血压时间,尽可能不用或少用缩血管活性药;选择麻醉方法要求时间短,对循环系统干扰少,保证氧供和提高动脉血氧浓度,同时还能有效抑制有害应得激反应和减少病人的精神紧张和焦虑,尽量减少应用对循环抑制作用的麻药和血管活性药;尽早应用糖皮质激素。结果:22例失血性休克病人的抢救、手术和麻醉管理均获得成功,经术后进一步积极支持治疗后全部康复。结论:对失血性休克病人采用合理有效的容量复苏,选择适当的麻醉方法,药物合适的血管活性药物,为手术止血创造良好条件,是失血性休克病人麻醉处理成功的关键。
