【摘要】成人型多囊肾是一种先天性的肾脏囊性疾患,病理特点为全肾布满大小不等的囊肿,出生后进行性长大,造成对囊肿周围肾实质的压迫,使功能肾实质日益减少,并反复出现感染、血尿及高血压等并发症,近50%最终会导致终末期肾功能衰竭。

    【Abstract】The adult polycystic kidney is one kind of congenital kidney cystic illness, the pathology characteristic covers entirely the size different for the entire kidney cyst, after the birth, carries on the nature to grow up, creates to the cyst around the kidney essence oppression, causes the function kidney essence to reduce day by day, and presents complications repeatedly and so on infection, hematuria and hypertension, nearly 50% will cause finally the last stage kidney function failure finally.
