【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理在预防骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后并发症中的价值。方法：选取我院2017年2月至2019年2月接诊的骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术患者100例进行研究，将其按照数字随机表法分成50例患者的观察组和50例患者的对照组，对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合护理，对比两组患者的并发症。结果：观察组并发症发生率为4%，明显低于对照组的20%，P<0.05。结论：对骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术患者开展综合护理干预措施，能够有效降低术后并发症的发生，这对于促进患者早日康复具有重要价值。
