【摘 要】 ICU最常见的治疗方法是建立人工气道。具有关研究显示：气管插管机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率为9%-70%，病死率高达50%-69%。由此可见，口腔卫生将直接影响到呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。因此对口腔清洁在气管插管患者呼吸机相关性肺炎中的研究是十分有必要的。
