【摘 要】目的：研究胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律不齐患者的优质护理疗效。方法：选取66例老年冠心病心律不齐患者，随机分为两组。患者均使用胺碘酮治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组进行优质护理干预。观察两组治疗和护理效果。结果：观察组患者治疗和护理效果都优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：胺碘酮配合优质护理治疗老年冠心病心律不齐，疗效显著。
