    【Abstract】In the current nursing staff structure， the proportion of male nurses is relatively low. In the operating room environment， male nurses have certain advantages. This paper mainly analyzes the role and advantages of male nurses in the operating room from the aspects of human resource management， physical and psychological endurance， and the use of medical equipment， and provides some suggestions for the development of male nurses.
