    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of incentive psychological nursing in patients with tumor undergoing PICC. Methods 56 cancer patients were randomly selected from our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019. All of them underwent PICC. According to the time of admission， the patients were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the incentive group received incentive psychological nursing.
