    【Abstract】 objective： to investigate the effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on selenium content in different parts of astragalus mongholicus and astragalus membranaceus as experimental materials， selenium application in root mixed with soil and selenium application in leaf spray were used to investigate the effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on selenium content in different parts of astragalus mongholicus. Methods： the enrichment coefficients and root transport coefficients of two kinds of astragalus were analyzed. Results： the highest selenium content was 0.998mg/kg in the underground part of astragalus membranaceus iii. The highest enrichment coefficient was 0.311 in the underground part of treatment 3 of astragalus membranaceus. The highest root transfer coefficient was 0.958.
