【摘 要】目的：分析雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者护理效果。方法：选取本院接受雾化吸入治疗的80例慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者，从2018年2月份到2019年2月份，将其分为参照组(40例)与研究组(40例)，前者予以常规护理，后者予以优质护理，分析患者满意程度和气促症状的缓解情况。结果：参照组患者的满意度和气促症状的消失时间均明显优于研究组(P<0.05)。结论：在雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者中应用优质护理具有良好的护理效果。
