【摘 要】目的：研究循证护理在小儿惊厥护理中的应用效果。方法：随机选择130例小儿高热惊厥患儿，平均分组后参与研究，给予不同护理方法对比最终效果。结果：观察组患儿惊厥消失时间为(7.98±1.55)h，无并发症产生，结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：小儿惊厥护理中应用循证护理可使效果显著，可缩短治疗时间，防止并发症出现。
