【摘 要】目的：分析探讨粘连性肠梗阻围手术期实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取本院2018年07月-2019年07月收治的78例粘连性肠梗阻患者开展本次试验研究，所有患者均分为参照组39例和研究组39例。其中参照组实施常规护理，研究组实施综合护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组的并发症发生率、住院时间和肠道功能恢复时间均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。 结论：在粘连性肠梗阻围手术期患者的护理工作中实施综合护理干预能够有效促进患者术后健康的恢复，更具安全性，存在推广价值。
