【摘 要】目的：研究术前CT、MRI对浸润性宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法：选我院80例浸潤性宫颈癌患者，行CT与MRI检查。结果：MRI诊断与病理结果诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度显著高于CT诊断结果(P<0.05)。结论：浸润性宫颈癌患者术前行MRI检查效果好，能够有效提高检查的准确率、灵敏度。
