【摘 要】目的：研究对阴道分娩患者产后出血护理中实施预见性护理后临床效果。方法：资料为2018年-2019年本院收治的30例阴道分娩患者，将其随机分为两组，常规组(15例)实施常规护理，实验组(15例)实施预见性护理，比较两组阴道分娩患者的护理效果。结果：实验组患者的术后出血量和满意度均优于常规组，组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：针对阴道分娩患者在产后出血护理中实施预见性护理，可以有效改善患者的产后出血量以及满意度。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal delivery patients. Methods： Data were collected from 30 cases of vaginal delivery patients admitted to our hospital from 2018 to 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional group (15 cases) received routine nursing and the experimental group (15 cases) received predictive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups of vaginal delivery patients were compared. Results The postoperative bleeding volume and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group’ with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion： Predictive nursing for vaginal delivery patients in postpartum hemorrhage nursing can effectively improve patients' postpartum hemorrhage volume and satisfaction. ......
