【摘 要】目的：分析个体化护理在小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中的应用效果观察。方法： 选择我院自2016年1月-2019年6月收治的156例手足口病患儿，将其随机分为2组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个性化护理，比较护理效果。结果： 观察组护理有效率为96.15%明显高于对照组75.64%，P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率为6.41%明显低于对照组21.79%，P<0.05。结论：小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中采用个性化护理，有较好的疗效，值得借鉴。

    【Abstract】Objective： o analyze the effect of individualized nursing in the emergency nursing of hand foot and mouth disease infection in children.MethodA total of 156 children with hand foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group gave personalized care and compared the nursing effect. Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.15% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.64% P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.41% which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.79% P<0.05).Conclusion： Personalized nursing in the emergency nursing of hand foot and mouth disease infection in children has good curative effect and is worth learning. ......
