【摘 要】目的：探析急诊外伤患者护理中应用心理护理的临床效果。方法：将2018年1月～2019年1月在我院急诊进行治疗的78例外伤患者选为研究对象，采用抽签法分为对照组(n=39)与干预组(n=39)。对照组实施常规护理，干预组实施心理护理，比较两组护理前后负性情绪评分、护理满意度。结果：干预组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组，对比差异显著(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度为94.87%，对照组为79.49%，比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：急诊外伤患者护理中应用心理护理，可显著改善患者负性情绪，提高患者护理满意度。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of applied psychological nursing in the nursing of emergency trauma patients. Methods：78 patients with exceptional injuries who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects and were divided into control group (n=39) and intervention group (n=39) by lottery. The control group was given routine nursing and the intervention group was given psychological nursing. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
