【摘 要】目的：探讨髌下脂肪垫松解术治疗膝关节痛的临床护理方法和效果。方法：在我院收治的膝关节痛患者中选取38例，起止时间是2017年9月～2019年6月。行髌下脂肪垫松解术，围术期进行整体护理，评定护理效果。结果：38例患者手术均成功完成，术后并发症上发生率为10.5%，经对症处理后好转;护理满意率为94.7%。护理后，患者的HSS评分提高、VAS评分降低，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：髌下脂肪垫松解术治疗膝关节痛疗效确切，围术期实施整体护理能减少并发症、减轻疼痛程度，改善膝关节功能，值得推广。

    【abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical nursing method and effect of subpatellar fat pad release in the treatment of knee pain. Methods：38 patients with knee pain were selected from September 2017 to June 2019. Loosening of infrapatellar fat pad was performed’ and holistic nursing was performed during the perioperative period to evaluate the nursing effect. Result： All the 38 patients were successfully operated. The incidence of complications was 10.5%. After symptomatic treatment’ they improved. The satisfaction rate of nursing was 94.7%. After nursing’ the HSS score of patients increased and VAS score decreased’ with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion：Subpatellar fat pad release is effective in treating knee pain. Perioperative holistic nursing can reduce complications’ relieve pain and improve knee function’ which is worthy of promotion. ......
