【摘 要】目的：对中医在宫颈炎和阴道炎治疗中的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法：我院对收治的82例慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎患者进行分析，患者就诊时间为2018年5月-2019年5月，对这些患者进行分组，对照组41例，实施西医方式治疗，实验组41例，采用中医方式进行治疗，然后对两组患者治疗有效率和复发情况进行分析和比较。结果：实验组患者治疗总有效率为98%，对照组仅为78%，且后期实验组患者复发率显著低于对照组，两组之间具有显著性差异，P值<0.05。结论：通过对慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎患者实施中医方式进行治疗，能够显著提高治疗效果，降低患者疾病复发概率，临床应用价值较高。

    【ABSTRACT】Objective：To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervicitis and vaginitis. Methods： 82 cases of chronic cervicitis and vaginitis were analyzed in our hospital.The patients were treated from May 2018 to May 2019.The patients were divided into two groups.41 cases in the control group were treated by Western medicine.41 cases in the experimental group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Then the effective rate and recurrence of the two groups were treated by traditional Chinese medicine. The situation was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 98%in the experimental group and 78%in the control group’and the recurrence rate in the later experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups’P<0.05.In Conclusion：’the treatment of chronic cervicitis and vaginitis by traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic effect’reduce the recurrence probability of the disease’and has high clinical value. ......
