【摘 要】目的：探讨在ICU护理资源配置中重症监护护理评分系统的应用效果。方法：本次研究对象是2018年6月-2019年6月本院ICU收治的68例患者，以入住时间为准分组，常规组实施常规ICU护理管理，研究组应用重症监护护理评分系统配置护理资源，比较两组护理质量。结果：研究组比常规组护理质量评分、护理满意度评分高，差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在ICU护理资源配置中应用重症监护护理评分系统，能提升护理质量、护理满意度，值得普及应用。
