【摘 要】目的：探究对重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间实施综合护理干预后的临床效果。方法：将我院重症监护室收治的重症呼吸衰竭患者作为本次主要研究对象，共计60例患者，选取时间为2018年6月-2019年7月，采取随机学理论，将患者分配到观察组和对照组，各组中30例。将常规护理干预应用到对照组患者的护理工作中，观察组则使用综合护理干预措施。两组患者经过护理后，观察和比较护理工作的临床效果。结果：经过观察得知，采取综合护理干预的观察组，其护理总有效率为(93.3%)，高于对照组的护理有效率(73.3%)，两组之间差异较为明显，存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：本次研究表明，在重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间，实施综合护理干预方法，有利于护理效果的提升，对患者的康复有着积极作用，临床应用价值较高。
