【摘 要】目的：探究护理干预对围手术期无痛内镜下胃肠息肉治疗的临床效果并总结护理体会。方法：选取我院无痛内镜下治疗的胃肠息肉患者76例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者接受常规护理，研究组患者实施护理干预，比较两组患者基本围手术期指标和并发症发生率。结果：研究组患者各项围手术期指标均优于对照组，且并发症发生概率由36.84%降低为13.16%。结论：将护理干预应用于无痛内镜下胃肠息肉患者围手术期护理，能够有效改善各项围手术期指标，减少并发症，值得进一步推广。
