【摘 要】目的：探究常规超声联合血甲功检查在诊断甲状腺结节的临床应用效果。方法：从本院甲状腺结节患者中选取98例，均实施常规超声联合血甲功能检查，根据检查结果将患者分成恶性肿瘤组(29例)与良性肿瘤组(69例)，对比检查结果。结果：经过检查结果分析得出结论，良性肿瘤组患者各项临床指标均优于恶性肿瘤组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在甲状腺结节临床诊断中应用血甲功能检查联合常规超声检查方式，可以有效提高诊断结果的准确性。
