【摘 要】目的：探讨直抗阳性时RhD血型鉴定的注意事项，以确保临床输血安全。方法：采用酸放散法放散患儿红细胞，采用盐水试管法、微柱凝胶法及微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白法检测患儿红细胞表面RhD抗原。结果：该患儿为RhD阳性。结论：直抗阳性时需要先放散患者红细胞至直抗阴性时，再做RhD血型鉴定。
