【摘 要】目的：探讨在产妇分娩过程中心理干预所发挥出的作用。方法： 本次研究以我院接受分娩的28例产妇为主，收治时间为2018年9月-2019年7月，将所选患者分为两组，采用常规护理和心理护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组产妇分娩后出血评分、新生儿Apgar评分值为1.31±0.21分、9.84±0.89分，与对照组相比较，疼痛程度降低，产程缩短至7.82±0.43h，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：在产妇分娩过程中，采取心理护理干预措施，可缓解产妇紧张的情绪，提高对医务人员的配合力度，从而达到良好的分娩结局。
