【摘 要】目的：探讨在脑出血患者脑疝症状的预防过程中，针对性护理所发挥出的作用 方法： 本次研究以我院接受治疗的44例脑出血患者为主，收治时间为2018年12月-2019年3月，将所选患者进行分组，采用常规护理和针对性护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组，每组22例。结果：在针对性护理模式下，观察组患者中仅1人出现脑疝症状，发生概率为4.54%，与常规护理(22.72%)相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：将针对性护理作用于脑出血患者的护理环节当中，可改善患者的病情，降低患者脑疝症状的发生概率，在患者疾病治疗中发挥了一定的积极作用。
