【摘 要】目的：探析骨科创伤护理中应用安全护理措施的临床效果，以供相关人员参考。方法：选取我院骨伤科收治的80例患者作为本次主要研究对象，选取时间为2018年7月-2019年8月，使用随机理论，将患者分配到观察组和对照组;将常规护理干预应用到对照组患者的护理工作中，对观察组患者实施安全护理干预。观察和分析两组患者接收不同护理干预后，患者并发症的发生情况、护理满意度状况，并做出比较。结果：通过比较得知，采取安全护理干预的观察组，患者并发症发生情况优于对照组，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将安全护理方法应用到骨科创伤护理工作中，能够有效的提高临床护理效果，对护理满意度的提高有着积极作用，具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。
