【摘 要】目的：探讨在对高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗中人工股骨头置换术所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院接受治疗的50名高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者为主，收治时间为2018年2月-2019年6月，将其分为两组，采用PFNA内固定、人工股骨头置换术两种治疗手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者住院时间和负重时间明显短于对照组，术后1人出现肺部感染症状，并发症发生频率为4.00%，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：采用人工股骨头置换术的治疗方式，可加快高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者身体康复的速度，降低并发症状的发生频率，临床治疗中应用价值较高。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods： 50 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019. Results： The hospitalization time and weight-bearing time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.
