【摘 要】目的：观察地西他滨结合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病(AML)效果。方法：选46例老年AML患者随机分为对照组(23例)和实验组(23例)。给予不同治疗方法后比较疗效。结果：实验组总缓解率、不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：地西他滨结合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病疗效显著，安全可靠。
