【摘 要】目的：探究肺癌患者开展胸腔镜手术时行围术期护理的效果。方法：择取2018年1月至2019年6月期间在我院进行治疗的胸腔镜肺癌手术患者72例，分组采取数字表随机法平均分为对照组和观察组。两组患者分别开展常规护理和围术期护理，设定术后并发症发生率和住院时间为组间对比指标。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率5.56%，相比对照组25.00%更低，住院时间短于对照组，差异比较后在统计学内存在意义(P<0.05)。结论：为胸腔镜肺癌手术患者实施围术期护理可有效降低并发症风险，提升治疗安全性，故值得推广。
