【摘 要】目的：分析人工月经周期干预联合药物治疗低促性腺激素性闭经不孕不育患者价值。方法：选我院低促性腺激素性闭经导致不孕不育患者60例，随机分两组，对照组常规治疗，观察组药物联合人工月经周期干预，比较治疗结局。结果：观察组子宫相关指标改善程度、妊娠成功率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对低促性腺激素性闭经导致的不孕不育患者进行药物联合人工月经周期干预，疗效显著，妊娠成功率高。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the value of artificial menstrual cycle intervention combined with drugs in the treatment of patients with low gonadotropin amenorrhea and infertility. Methods： Sixty patients with infertility caused by low gonadotropin amenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was combined with artificial menstrual cycle to compare the treatment outcomes. Results： The improvement of uterine related indexes and the success rate of pregnancy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
