【摘 要】目的：研究利伐沙班用于下肢深静脉血栓中的价值。方法：随机均分2017年1月-2019年3月本院接诊的下肢深静脉血栓病患70例，A组用利伐沙班，B组用华法林。对比疗效。结果：A组总有效率97.14%，比B组80.0%高，P<0.05。结论：用利伐沙班对下肢深静脉血栓病患进行治疗，疗效确切。
