【摘 要】目的：探究社区护理在产后抑郁症护理中的方法与效果。方法：选择30例产后抑郁症患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组20例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予社区护理，对比两组患者护理前后焦虑与产后抑郁量表评分变化。结果：实验组患者SAS评分与ERDS评分(31.5±4.1，6.4±2.5)低于对照组(42.8±4.8，12.7±3.1)，两组对比存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：社区护理在产后抑郁症护理中的应用可以降低SAS与ERDS评分，效果明显。
