【摘 要】目的：分析临床免疫检验的影响因素，并提出相应的控制对策。 方法：选取我院2018年3月-2019年3月接受临床免疫检验的受检人员92例，对其检验报告进行临床回顾分析。总结临床免疫检验质量的影响因素，根据其影响因素提出相应的对策。结果：临床免疫检验报告质量主要影响因素包括：检验人员因素、样本因素、环境因素、检验仪器因素、检验时间与检验试剂等。其中观察组受检对象检验准确率优于对照组，P<0.05，组间差异有统计学意义。结论：临床免疫检验质量受到多方面因素的影响，需针对性进行解决和处理，提高临床免疫检验质量。
