【摘 要】目的：分析对腰椎间盘突出症进行经皮椎间孔镜手术时采用不同体位的效果。方法：本研究研究对象为80例腰椎间盘突出症患者，研究时间段为2018年1月至2019年12月，将所有研究对象分为A、B两组，A组在接受经皮椎间孔镜手术时选择俯卧体位，B组在接受手术治疗时选择侧卧体位，分析两组疼痛评分以及舒适状况。结果：B组疼痛评分低于A组，且B组出现极度不适的例数少于A组，p<0.05。结论：针对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗时可优先考虑侧卧体位，可改善患者手术舒适度。
