【摘 要】目的：研究老年抑郁症患者采用认知性心理护理的临床价值。方法：研究时段是2018.1-2020.1，研究对象是我院接收的72例老年抑郁症患者，采纳“入院先后顺序”随机分观察组(认知性心理护理)与对照组(常规护理)各36例，两组护理效果比较。结果：与对照组比，观察组认知功能评分较显著;抑郁评分较低，护理依从率较高，P<0.05。结论：认知性心理护理能改善老年抑郁症患者预后，提高疗效、稳定病情。
