【摘 要】目的：研究成本干预措施在消毒供应中心成本控制管理中的应用效果。方法：采用成本干预措施，并对消毒供应中心成本核算方法及管理技术进行创新，评价其管理实践效果。结果：消毒供应中心人员成本节约意识明显提高，成本控制管理流程得到优化，成本节约效果显著。结论：成本干预措施的应用可以改善消毒供应中心的成本控制管理效果。
