心理护理干预和健康教育对冠心病患者焦虑抑郁不良情绪的影响

     【摘 要】目的:探讨对冠心病患者实施心理护理干预+健康教育对患者负性情绪的改善价值。方法:选取90例冠心病患者并随机分成观察组与对照组45例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施心理护理干预及健康教育,对比两组干预效果。结果:干预后两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪均较干预前降低,但观察组降低幅度明显要比对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者实施心理护理干预联合健康教育,可显著缓解患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,促进患者早日康复,值得推广。
