【摘 要】目的：分析阿司匹林片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法：选取我院急性脑梗死患者62例(2018年6月至2019年7月)，随机分为阿司匹林治疗的对照组(31例)与阿司匹林片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的观察组(31例)，观察患者治疗效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率高，P<0.05。结论：给予急性脑梗死患者阿司匹林片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，疗效显著，值得借鉴。
