【摘 要】目的：讨论在冠心病合并室性心律失常患者的临床治疗中应用稳心颗粒、美托洛尔联合疗法进行治疗的临床应用价值。方法：筛选出2017年1月至2019年2月于我院进行治疗的冠心病合并室性心律失常患者120例，应用数字随机表对患者进行分组，即参照组与观察组。参照组应用美托洛尔疗法，观察组应用稳心颗粒、美托洛尔联合疗法。结果：相较于参照组，观察组的临床诊治有效性明显提高11.67%(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显缩减15.00%(P<0.05)。结论：在冠心病合并室性心律失常患者的临床治疗中应用稳心颗粒、美托洛尔联合疗法进行治疗，能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，且安全系数较高。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the clinical application value of the application of steady-heart particles and metorol-combined therapy. Methods：20 patients with coronary heart disease combined ventricular and the observation group applied the combination therapy of stable heart particles and metorol. Results： Compared the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was significantly improved by1.67% (P.05).
